These terms describe the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when organizations or individuals access and use AgentFarms.
1. Use of the service
AgentFarms provides software for launching and governing AI workers. Use of the service must remain within applicable law, contractual obligations, and the policies configured for the relevant workspace.
2. Accounts and administrators
Account holders and workspace administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting credentials, and managing who can access connected tools and governed workflows.
3. Acceptable use
Customers may not use AgentFarms to violate law, abuse third-party systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or direct workers toward clearly prohibited or harmful activity.
4. Customer data and outputs
Customers retain responsibility for the data, prompts, and business workflows they choose to run through the platform, as well as for reviewing outputs before taking sensitive downstream action.
5. Billing and subscriptions
Paid access, renewals, and service changes are governed by the applicable order form, plan, or subscription terms in effect for the customer workspace.
6. Availability and changes
AgentFarms may improve, modify, or retire product capabilities over time. Planned changes should be communicated in a commercially reasonable manner when they materially affect current service usage.
7. Disclaimers
AI-generated and workflow-generated outputs require customer judgment. AgentFarms does not guarantee that every output will be correct, complete, or suitable for every use case without human review.
8. Liability limits
Any applicable limitations of liability, indemnity provisions, or warranty carve-outs should be interpreted according to the controlling commercial agreement between AgentFarms and the customer.
9. Suspension and termination
AgentFarms may suspend or terminate access for material breach, serious security risk, non-payment, or prohibited use, subject to the governing commercial terms where applicable.
