AI Security Review Works Best as a Force Multiplier
The best security posture is not humans or AI. It is continuous automated follow-through paired with human judgment where judgment matters most.

Security teams are rarely short on things to check. They are short on time to keep checking them continuously while still handling design review, incidents, and exception-heavy work.
That makes security a strong candidate for governed AI assistance, especially in areas like dependency review, recurring configuration checks, and first-pass remediation planning.
But the right model is not replacement. AI workers can keep a continuous watch on the repeatable surface area while human security engineers focus on nuanced logic, architecture, and response work.
This division of labor matters because novelty is still where human judgment shines. An autonomous system may be excellent at persistent follow-through and still weak at uncommon business-logic flaws.
The practical outcome is faster detection, less backlog drag, and better use of expensive human expertise when the workflow is designed intentionally.
That is the pattern we think will define the most effective security teams over the next few years.
